Ayurveda, the 5000 year old holistic practice from India has a truly unique approach to health and well-being. With its purpose being to heal and to maintain the quality and longevity of life, it recognises that we are not truly healthy until body, mind, and spirit are balanced. Ayurveda offers a profound understanding of each person's unique body, mind, and consciousness which form the foundation of health and happiness.
In this 2 hour interactive workshop you'll be introduced to basic Ayurvedic philosophy and get to know your individual dosha combination. You'll also learn about Ayurvedic diet, seasonal eating and the importance of Dinacharya (daily routine). Plus you'll get my top 10 tips on how to easily introduce Ayurveda into your daily life.
There will be yummy chai and treats upon arrival and bring a pen and paper if you wish to make notes.
