About me....

Hello! I'm Andrea Lewtas a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and yoga teacher. I'm passionate about Ayurveda, Yoga and LIFE in general! I believe we are put on this earth to do amazing things, live an extraordinary life and most importantly to BE HAPPY.

I've lived a  wonderful life to date. I've traveled the world, seen and experienced some amazing things,  lived overseas, I have great family and friends.....so much to be grateful for. But I got to a point in my life where I felt, is this it? Even though I had nothing to complain about I had this feeling something was missing in my life.  Enter yoga, Reiki and Ayurveda and WOW.....it was as though a light had be switch on. This whole time I'd been walking the Earth with my eyes closed. I now see and experience life in much more beautiful and inspiring way. These practices gave me an awaking  and this is something I want to share with you!

I was drawn to the ancient Ayurvedic philosophy as it recognises health is not just a physical state but also an emotional, mental and spiritual state. I love that Ayurveda delves deeply into these more subtle levels where the root of the problem lies. It is not until we look at these aspects that a person can truly overcome their health issues.

I strongly believe that achieving balance in mind, body and spirit allows us to live our life journey in the best possible way.

Through the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga I will guide you in achieving your health goals. AND assist  you in rediscovering  your most beautiful and best self so that you can live a purposeful, passionate,  blissful and extraordinary life!

I look forward to meeting with you soon!

Love & Peace

Andrea xoxo

Ayurveda

Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old system of natural and holistic healing that has its origins in the Vedic culture of India. Ayurveda is a science of life  (Ayur = life, veda = science or knowledge).

Its purpose being to heal and to maintain the quality and longevity of life. Ayurveda offers a profound understanding of each person's unique body, mind and consciousness which form the foundation of health and happiness.

Through personalised diet and lifestyle regimens and unique therapies and detoxification methods Ayurveda  treats the individual holistically (mind, body and spirit), restoring balance to the body. By living in harmony with natures rhythms Ayurveda ensures one lives to their full potential, creating a healthy, fulfilled and joyful life.

"The state of ill health is a moment to moment happening. Healing is moment to moment balance, bringing awareness to our thoughts, feelings and emotions and how we respond" - Vasant Lad
